A little
tear,
a little
repair,
a little
tear,
a little
repair—
just because
it is
the story
of muscles
doesn’t mean
it’s not
the story
of love—
a little
tear,
a little
repair,
this day,
don’t fear,
it’s just
another
little tear.
ask me about the story of the native american ‘mother nature’ and her black dog sometime. this reminds me of it.
Ahhh would love to hear it. I think I know it, but never tire of hearing it, now that you mention it. While writing this poem, I was thinking about this disrupt/repair cycle in attachment theory that I have been working with. Which reminded me of muscles. Missing you.
