We’ll catch up soon,
I say, and I actually believe it—
though after I say them
the words stare at their watches
and rush off, late
for their next sentence,
their letters shaking their heads
their sans serif heads,
as if they know
I’ll never learn.
Where are you, Rosemerry? I really miss your poems.
Hi Carol,
Iâve been taking care of my parents for the last two weeks ⦠helping them move! Quite the project, but I was so glad to be with them and goodness knows they deserve me taking care of them after all the great care theyâve given me!
A big bouquet of poems will go up tonight, and then weâll resume the daily poems,
