This is so true particular for classics.. Not sure it’s actually the authors credit or our maturity with Ave..
Right? I think to some degree the writing is good enough to open again and again, but really I was thinking how every day we are different enough and bring our new selves to whatever it is we do.

Oh, I think it’s a little of both. Our author’s remain immortal — the text does.
and every time we come to the text, we are new and read it newly! I was also thinking metaphorically, of course, about relationships, in particular.
I enjoy rereading books, but since I feel into the habit of accumulating books for my TBR list, it feels like a luxury I cannot afford! Sad…
well, perhaps you can reread metaphorical books (you know, books that are not books at all) 🙂
Interestingly enough, thinking about reading, has become trying. ☺
Another one to add to my favorites!
I don’t know if you put it together, but I’m the woman in Lancaster (we met again at DACO) who shares your poetry with my yoga class and thinks you are a wonderful gift to the world. I am sure many believe the later.
